This is the primary water source for over 200 families (1,200 people). It is a spring that flows into a little stream that is colored by the clay it flows through. The people here have it so hard. Last night a thunderstorm raged through this community. It was frightening even in the safety of my hotel room. A mother not far from this well was struck and killed by lightning. An World Vision committee leader was unable to meet with us because his wife died earlier that day during labor. And yet it is amazing the joy that they have.
