These children are all HIV+. They will take ARV drugs the rest of their lives and live under the stigma of AIDS. Not by choice but by fate. In this community 10 to 12 child rapes are reported a week. Those are just the ones that are reported. Less than 10 percent of those are prosecuted and many offenders never spend one day in jail. World Vision provides support and hope to these with HIV by providing support groups and clinics where they can receive treatment.
