Today we drove from Gulu back to Kampola (about four hours) where we will go to church tomorrow and meet with a missionary with Food for the Hungry that works with Cherry Hills. On the road we saw a group of baboons. We ate lunch at our hotel and I was able to get a cheeseburger and fries. After lunch we went to a local market where they sold all kinds of African carvings, jewelery and tourist items. It was fun going from booth to booth and negotiating the prices down. After we shopped for a few hours we went to dinner at a local Indian restaurant. I've never been a big fan of Indian food (as some of you know). The restaurant was really nice with a big waterfall inside. The food was really good! I'm back at the room now catching up on pictures and the blog.
